Wonderfield Finance - Head Office is seeking a detail-oriented finance administrator to manage franchise accounts, payments and reconciliations across the UK and Europe. This full-time role supports our growing network of YO!, Panku, Taiko Foods and Bento brands and reports to the Finance Team at the Head Office.

You will handle accounts payable/receivable, data analysis in Excel, and maintain master data with accuracy.

Competenze

• Experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations or similar finance role.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience handling large volumes of financial or operational data.

About You

We're looking for someone who gets excited about accuracy, enjoys digging into the detail and takes pride in delivering great service.

You'll Likely Have

• Experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations or a similar finance role.


• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis.


• Experience working with large volumes of financial or operational data.


• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right first time.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to investigate issues independently.


• Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience within hospitality, retail, franchise or multi-site businesses.


• Exposure to ERP implementations or finance transformation projects.


• Experience supporting partner, customer or franchise accounts.


• Knowledge of payment processing, settlements or debt management activities.
