We’re looking for a Wholesale Account Specialist to work with our National Franchise Accounts, ensuring we deliver outstanding support, driving sales and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
As the Wholesale Account Specialist, working alongside the Wholesale Account Manager, you’ll be the point of contact for our National Franchise Partners, ensuring their needs are met and handling queries across phone, chat, and email with care and efficiency. You’ll also:
Take ownership of escalated issues and find effective resolutions.
Provide day-to-day support by answering queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent service across all contact channels.
Liaise with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure products are delivered on time, first time.
Use insights from data to continuously improve processes and customer experiences.
Drive positive change by simplifying processes, improving technology, and making things quicker and easier for our wholesale customers.
Develop and achieve sales and profitability targets.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
This role is at the heart of supporting our wholesale customers, helping them run their businesses with confidence and driving loyalty to Morrisons. You’ll put customers first every time, and work collaboratively to build trust and deliver results.

Key Requirements:
Customer Service Expertise: A real passion for helping customers, with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Wholesale Knowledge: An understanding of retailer customers and the challenges they face.
Data-Driven Approach: Experience using insights to improve processes and deliver better outcomes.
Great Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to manage stressful conversations calmly and effectively.
Sales and Profitability Focus: Proven ability to develop and achieve sales targets and contribute to profitability. KPI Management: Experience establishing and tracking KPIs to measure performance and drive improvement.
