Join our Sea Logistics team in Aston as a Sea Logistics Intermodal Key Account Specialist in Birmingham. Focus on operational planning of UK container transport, ensuring cost efficiency and excellent service to key accounts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan import moves for key accounts using TOPS system.
  • Coordinate with haulage providers to ensure achievable transport plans.
  • Be the primary contact for customers and transport providers.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers via written, verbal, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Prepare daily operational reports by collating data.
  • Maintain high levels of operational service.
  • Ensure transport orders are correctly rated and aligned with agreements, capturing additional costs when necessary.
  • Prioritize and respond promptly to emails.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Proficiency in English at native or C1 level.
