Glanville Environmental in Exeter is seeking a Site Manager (Planned Civils) to lead the delivery of wastewater and clean water infrastructure projects across the Southwest, primarily East Cornwall/North Devon, from our Exeter depot.

You will oversee multi-site operations, manage direct labour and supply chain partners, uphold safety standards and compliance, and report to the Head of Delivery while ensuring client satisfaction and timely milestones.

Qualificações

• Experience in site management for wastewater/cleanwater infrastructure or utilities.
• Knowledge of NEC4 contracts would be highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills for managing multiple teams and tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and address delays in the construction process.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe and efficient execution of water infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate programmes to meet milestones and client deadlines.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Monitor project budgets and forecasts with commercial teams.
• Support pre-construction activities through site visits and buildability reviews.
• Coordinate with local authorities, highways and statutory bodies.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular progress updates.
