Job summary

CPL Aromas, a leading fragrance house, invites applications for an R&D focused role within the fragrance technology team in the UK. The candidate will participate in developing fragrance-related technologies and collaborate with divisions on topics of expertise.

Applicants should hold a Cosmetic Science or chemistry-related degree with relevant lab experience and strong analytical and communication skills. MS Office proficiency is required, and the salary package will be discussed with the final

Qualifications

Degree in Cosmetic Science or Chemistry-related field with preferably 3+ years in flavour & fragrance business.
Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Lab experience and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Develop fragrance-related technologies.
Develop understanding of perfume ingredients and their interactions across product categories.
Develop new methods for testing fragrances and in-use scenarios.
Report test outcomes to project teams and present learnings.
Address technical queries on stability, suitability and performance of fragrances and raw materials.
Cover equivalent position during absence or as needed.
Perform other tasks as directed by line manager or team members.
