Job summary

People Puzzles Ltd is seeking a Fractional People Director to work with businesses across Cambridge and the surrounding area, delivering board-level leadership and strategic people outcomes. You will join a national brand with marketing and business development support, building a portfolio of diverse clients that fit your independence and impact.

You'll become part of a community of around 70 People Directors, enjoy CPD and proven tools, and access ongoing firm-wide referrals and development

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience with a track record of delivering results at Board level.
• Commercial mindset and the confidence to challenge leaders' thinking.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver people strategies that drive growth and commercial performance.
• Partner with Boards, founders and executive teams on organisational design and culture.
• Build leadership capability, talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Improve engagement, wellbeing and performance.
• Use people data and AI to help leaders make better decisions.
