You will collaborate with a network of People Directors and take the lead on transformation projects. The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified and possesses a commercial mindset. Qualifications

• Proven experience inputting into strategic direction and partnering with Board level.
• Ideally CIPD (L7) qualified or equivalent.
• Ability to influence at all business levels.
