Job summary

Threefold Energy seeks an experienced fractional People & Culture Partner to work with the Founder & CEO and senior team. This role focuses on UK operations, organisational development and hiring during a period of growth.

You’ll translate business priorities into practical people actions and shape structure, roles and onboarding to accelerate productivity. As the first dedicated People hire, you’ll work remotely with some West London presence, 2 days per week freelance, and a competitive daily

Qualifications

• Experience in founder-led or high-growth businesses.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical people actions.
• Strong stakeholder management with CEO-level partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder & CEO to shape UK organisation and hiring.
• Define roles, reporting lines and capability requirements.
• Support planned hiring from job design to interview processes.
• Create onboarding to ensure quick productivity.
• Establish UK HR foundations including contracts, right-to-work and policies.
• Support managers with performance and people decisions.
• Maintain entrepreneurial culture while scaling the team.
