You’ll design and deliver people strategies that support growth, partner with boards on organisational design and culture, and build leadership capability and succession plans. Role emphasizes using data and AI to drive better decisions, with a portfolio-based model and autonomy.

• Senior people leadership experience with board-level results.
• Commercial mindset and ability to challenge leaders’ thinking.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders quickly.
