Job summary

People Puzzles Ltd is seeking a Fractional People Director to work with Cambridge-area clients, building a portfolio one client at a time. You’ll act as a Board-level member, delivering strategic people leadership while enjoying flexibility and autonomy.

This role lets you shape organisational design, culture and leadership capability for multiple businesses across the region. You’ll join a national brand with marketing support, a network of around 70 directors, and a track record of trusted

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience at board level or equivalent
• Commercial mindset with ability to challenge leaders
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach alongside strategic thinking
• Comfort using technology, data and AI to improve outcomes

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver people strategies that drive growth and commercial performance
• Partner with Boards, founders and exec teams on organisational design, change and culture
• Build leadership capability, talent pipelines and succession plans
• Improve engagement, wellbeing and performance
• Use people data, technology and AI to help leaders make better decisions
