Job summary

Baker Charles is partnering with a fast-growing, international VC-backed biotech business to recruit an FP&A Manager in London. The role reports to the Finance Director with exposure to the CFO and senior leadership, offering equity alongside a competitive salary.

You will own budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling across a multi-entity, multi-product organisation and act as a commercial finance partner to teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Broad FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling experience.
• Experience partnering with business teams to drive commercial decisions.
• Ability to own end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop group forecasting, budgeting and scenario-planning models.
• Run end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle across the business.
• Provide analysis on P&L, cash, margins and key drivers.
• Build scenario models and investment cases for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Commercial and Sales teams, modelling the economics of new deals.
• Produce financial/KPI reporting for senior leadership and Board meetings.
• Challenge assumptions and explain financial implications to stakeholders.
• Support FP&A systems, processes and ways of working.
