Job summary

IN2 Consult is seeking a commercially minded VP FP&A / Head of FP&A for a private equity-backed technology business in London. Hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on transforming FP&A, owning budgeting and forecasting, and delivering investor and executive reporting to drive growth and value creation.

You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to shape strategy, optimise capital allocation, and implement technology-enabled FP&A processes to scale the function.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading FP&A in high-growth tech/PE-backed environments.
• Proven track record producing investor, PE, Board and C‑suite reporting.
• Experience transforming FP&A functions, processes and reporting.
• Strong interest in AI, automation and data within finance.

Responsibilities

• Own Group budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
• Lead the transformation and development of FP&A to support growth.
• Deliver PE, investor and Board reporting with clear analysis.
• Produce high-quality C‑suite reporting translating data into insight.
• Partner with CFO/COO on strategic financial planning and decisions.
• Lead performance reviews with MDs and senior leaders.
• Allocate budget, plan headcount, and advise on investments.
• Support capital allocation, funding and strategic investments.
