Job summary

LCP is seeking an FP&A Manager to join the finance team, shaping planning, forecasting and analytical capability across the group. You will produce insight and rigour to enable confident decision-making and support automation to drive efficiency.

You will build robust financial models, present findings to stakeholders, and help develop ExCo and Board reporting with a proactive commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong FP&A background.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Ability to build robust financial models and explain results to non-finance audiences.
• Experience partnering with multiple business areas and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning & Forecasting, including annual budget and rolling forecast.
• Maintain Group P&L, revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow models; include key partnerships metrics.
• Build and maintain scenario analyses; perform sensitivity and stress testing.
