Job summary

Lane Clark & Peacock is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and forecasting, partnering with divisions across the firm. You will build robust models, support automation, and present insights to ExCo and Board-level stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, experience in professional services, and a collaborative, commercial mindset with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong financial modelling skills in Excel and the ability to explain models to non-finance audiences.
• Experience in FP&A or commercial finance in professional services or partnership structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes with Group FP&A leadership.
• Partner with divisions to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Support financial due diligence and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Develop and automate FP&A systems and improve reporting quality.
