Job summary

Elemis, a leading beauty brand, is hiring an FP&A Manager to strengthen financial planning, forecasting, and commercial insight. You will own the integrated three-statement model and drive the long-range strategic plan, reporting to Head of FP&A.

Reporting lines include leading a cross-functional finance function, partnering with stakeholders, and driving profitability through robust financial models and Anaplan rollout. Bristol-area HQ with hybrid elements.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) required.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities and scenario analyses.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-range strategic plan with driver-based scenarios.
• Own integrated three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead annual budget and rolling forecast with variance analysis.
• Partner with functions to improve performance and decisions.
• Maintain revenue and margin framework with price–volume–mix analysis.
• Oversee rolling cash forecasting and working capital improvements.
• Define Anaplan modelling requirements and drive adoption.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting with actionable insights.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses as needed.
