Elemis in Bristol is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Control to lead FP&A, Management Accounting and Transformation. You will report to the CFO and shape the planning, governance and performance framework across the group.

This transformational, commercially minded leader will build a best-in-class finance function, develop a high-performing team of 15–25, and drive global budgeting, forecasting and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large finance teams.
• Experience in international multi-entity environments.
• Strong governance, controls, and regulatory reporting expertise.
• ACCA/ACA qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, Management Accounting and Transactional Finance & Transformation functions.
• Develop and implement a global planning, reporting and control framework.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team (15–25+).
• Drive capital allocation, ROI tracking and cash impact reporting.
