Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty seeks a Group FP&A Manager to lead global financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting. You will partner with regional finance teams and Puig, driving continuous improvements and providing insights for executive decision‑making.

You will own monthly and Board reporting, develop planning templates, and support a 3‑year plan while modelling scenarios and ensuring data quality in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Significant FP&A experience in a global or multinational business.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using planning systems such as Anaplan (preferred).
• Experience preparing Executive or Board-level reporting.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to communicate with senior leaders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Executive and Board reporting packs with insightful analysis.
• Own global reporting templates for consistency and efficiency.
• Develop group capex and global door count reporting.
• Coordinate 3-year plan updates and annual budgeting/quarterly forecasting.
• Drive improvements to planning processes and data quality.
• Partner with regional finance teams and Puig for consistent reporting.
• Collaborate with Anaplan team to enhance planning capabilities.
