e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an FP&A Analyst to lead budgeting and forecasting for the UK team, review purchase orders, and support month-end close with management reporting. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitability analyses and identify opportunities for efficiency across the business.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, collaborative problem solving, and a proactive approach to ad hoc financial projects in a fast-paced environment. London-based hybrid work is available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Analyse financial statements and explain variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategy.
• Conduct customer and product profitability analyses.
• Prepare financial information for discussions with business leaders.
• Support month-end close and strengthen link between accounting and budgeting.
• Handle ad hoc scenario planning and what-if analyses.
