Propel is seeking an FP&A Manager to deliver high‑quality planning, forecasting, performance reporting and decision support. You will partner with senior leaders to translate activity into insights and drive resource allocation decisions.

You will own the integrated forecast model, challenge inputs, and provide KPI insights and scenarios to inform strategic choices across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) or QBE.
• Five or more years in FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting.
• Experience owning and developing a financial forecast model.
• Strong Excel, financial modelling, forecasting and variance analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders.
• Financial services or UK consumer credit experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the integrated forecast model with clear drivers and outputs.
• Regularly update forecast and explain movements, risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Partner with budget holders to gather inputs and challenge assumptions.
• Produce concise management reporting, variance analysis and KPI insight.
• Present recommendations on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Build scenarios and business cases to support decisions and translate analysis for non-finance stakeholders.
• Improve model usability, data quality and reporting automation; maintain controls.
