FP&A Manager | Multi-Site Retailer

£75,000 – £85,000 + Options

We’re working with a fast-growing, store-led retailer with a strong UK presence and exciting plans for continued expansion. With a focus on operational excellence and data-driven growth, the business is now hiring a FP&A Manager to take ownership of planning, analysis, and decision support across the retail estate.

This is a high-visibility, senior-facing role. Perfect for someone with a commercial mindset, a hands-on approach, and experience supporting performance in a dynamic retail environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and lead the financial planning cycle; budgets, reforecasts, and long-range plans
• Build financial models to support store performance, capex, expansion plans, and strategic initiatives
• Deliver actionable insight into sales, margin, labour efficiency, and other key retail metrics
• Partner with retail, operations, and marketing teams to challenge assumptions and improve performance
• Track and analyse store performance metrics, such as sales; density, footfall conversion, and staffing efficiency to support tactical and strategic decision-making
• Manage cash flow forecasting and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support board-level reporting with dashboards, scenario modelling, and commercial analysis

What we’re looking for:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with 3+ years’ experience in FP&A or commercial finance
• Background in retail, multi-site, or another consumer-facing environment strongly
• Excellent Excel and modelling skills, confident working with large datasets
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Commercially driven, curious, and proactive. Keen to improve processes and deliver insight
