Surrey

Our client, a large retailer, is seeking a skilled Data and CRM Lead to join their team in Surrey.

This is a hybrid role based in the office 3 days a week, full-time and permanent, with a salary up to £80k plus bonus and benefits.

The role involves leading CRM activities across Europe, with a focus on data strategy to improve ROI. Experience with large or enterprise CRM systems, handling extensive data sets, and a data-driven approach are essential. The candidate should have experience in developing strategies to enhance data acquisition and mentoring a CRM team.

The ideal candidate will understand CRM and digital strategies, and be capable of suggesting ways to maximize their effectiveness.
