Your Future Team
As the Team Lead for SMB+ Scaled Sales, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth and driving expansion across Atlassian’s highest-potential SMB accounts. Your focus will be on leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize account growth, and ensure strong retention within the SMB+ segment. By proactively identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, you will help customers realize the full value of Atlassian’s solutions throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including marketing, product, and channel teams—to align on strategic initiatives, optimize account planning, and drive total book of business growth. As a leader, you will coach and empower your team to excel in both inbound and outbound sales motions, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to achieve ambitious targets and support the ongoing success of the SMB+ business.
