Sharp Consultancy is recruiting an FP&A Manager for Leeds city centre, driving financial planning, analysis and commercial insight within a growing financial services business.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in driving the FP&A function, providing meaningful financial insights, supporting business growth initiatives, and helping to shape the company's long-term financial strategy.

As the business continues to expand, there will be opportunities to broaden your remit, increase your involvement in strategic decision-making, and potentially grow and lead a larger FP&A function. The current team structure includes responsibility for five direct reports, with further leadership opportunities expected as the organisation evolves.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally be a fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant with a strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering. You will also ideally be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights.
You will ideally have advanced Excel capabilities and experience using financial and reporting systems such as Power BI, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will be expected to influence and challenge senior leaders across the business while building effective working relationships at all levels.
