Job summary

RSK Group in London is seeking an FP&A Assistant Manager/Manager to lead board, investor and lender reporting, and long-term forecasting. You will own the central cash model and support debt facilities reporting, collaborating with Treasury and divisional finance teams to align budgets with strategic targets.

The role requires a qualified accountant, expert Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience in multi-entity groups with comfort presenting to senior external audiences.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience preparing reporting for investors and lenders.
• Expert Excel skills with three-statement and cash models.
• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-divisional group.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to present to senior/external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the financial section of the monthly board pack with commentary, KPIs and forecasts.
• Own the investor reporting pack end-to-end through sign-off by the Director of FP&A.
• Lead monthly reporting timetable with inputs from Management Accounts and divisional finance teams.
• Respond to investor and lender queries with supporting analysis under tight deadlines.
• Ensure board/external reporting reconciles to management accounts and datasets.
