Job summary

Cedar Recruitment is seeking an Interim FP&A Consultant to lead the Group FP&A cycle, develop reporting frameworks and improve forecasting across a multi-entity services group in Central London.

You will own monthly Board packs, quarterly forecasts and the rolling forecast, while enhancing Excel templates and PowerPoint outputs for senior leadership. A PE-backed, multi-entity environment provides broad exposure and delivery focus.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with FP&A experience in multi-entity environments.
• Experience establishing FP&A processes from scratch or transforming reporting.
• Strong Excel modelling and board-level reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Group FP&A cycle with monthly internal and external reporting.
• Lead monthly Board packs and senior management reporting.
• Own quarterly forecasting and monthly rolling forecast processes.
• Design Excel templates, reporting timetables and PowerPoint outputs.
• Coordinate and standardise reporting across Group entities.
• Improve product-level reporting, KPIs and operational dashboards.
• Enhance visibility of discretionary overheads and staff costs.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve performance and visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in new processes across the Group.
