Job summary

BDO is seeking a FP&A leader to drive the growth plan and coordinate FP&A delivery across the business. You will focus on scale-up and growth businesses, seek new opportunities, and ensure high-quality client work while managing expectations and the commercial portfolio.

The role requires a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA) and proven FP&A experience, with strong Excel and Power BI skills and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable experience of delivering FP&A services
• Business development experience
• Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders
• Problem solving and commercial management skills
• Experience with a variety of FP&A tools as well as strong Excel and PowerBI skills
• Experience of working collaboratively in a team to deliver projects

Responsibilities

• Lead role in executing the growth plan for FP&A and rollout to market
• Deliver FP&A work across the business focusing on scale-up growth
• Seek and convert new business opportunities while ensuring quality client work
• Manage client expectations and the commercial management of a portfolio
