Job summary

BDO is seeking a FP&A leader to drive the growth plan and coordinate FP&A delivery across the business. You will focus on scale-up and growth businesses, seek new opportunities, and ensure high-quality client work while managing expectations and the commercial portfolio.

The role requires a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA) and proven FP&A experience, with strong Excel and Power BI skills and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
