A financial services recruitment firm is looking for an FP&A Manager/Lead to partner with the Head of Commercial Finance in a pivotal role. This position focuses on leadership, data capability, and commercial insight to enhance the finance function in a data-driven business. Candidates should have 4+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI. This role offers a hybrid work model based in London, with regular engagement in Manchester, including fully covered travel and accommodation expenses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling required.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting essential.
