Job summary

Goodman Masson is partnering with a leading PE-backed portfolio company in the UK to appoint an FP&A Lead reporting to the CFO. You will own the FP&A function, introducing new processes and systems to support rapid growth.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, deliver KPI analysis and monthly reporting, and build robust financial models to inform acquisition strategy. Strong SaaS metrics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified with a background in Transaction Services, Deal Advisory or Valuations (preferred).
• Some exposure to SaaS metrics and have worked in a SaaS environment.
• Advanced modelling skills and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak with key senior stakeholders influencing decisions.
• Ambitious individual looking for the next step to grow the company.

Job description

I am currently partnering with a leading PE firm in the UK on a FP&A Lead to come and work within one of thier portfolio companies. This role will be reporting directly into the CFO and have ownership of the FP&A function bringing in new processes and systems to support continued growth of the business.

This is a newly acquired business which is expecting huge growth over the next few years, you will play a key role in future acquisitions and have the opportunity to build out a team.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Own the forecasting, budgeting and long term planning processes.
• Deliver monthly management reporting, KPI analysis and insight.
• Business partner with senior stakeholders across the business, driving performance and bringing teams together.
• Own and build financial modelling to support decision making and build into the strategy.
• Analysis of key SaaS metrics and reporting this back to the C-suite to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ad-hoc task and analysis as required by the CFO or key stakeholders.

Key requirements;
