Job summary

BDO is seeking a driven FP&A professional to lead the growth plan and coordinate the rollout of our FP&A proposition. You will deliver high quality FP&A work across the firm, manage client expectations and drive commercial management of a diverse portfolio.

You'll work closely with senior managers, directors and partners to identify opportunities for additional services and build lasting client relationships, while developing your skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering FP&A services.
• Business development experience.
• Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Problem solving and commercial management skills.
• Experience with a variety of FP&A tools as well as strong Excel and PowerBI skills.
• Experience of working collaboratively in a team to deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead role in executing our growth plan for FP&A and coordinating rollout to market.
• Deliver FP&A work across the business with focus on scale-up and growth businesses.
• Seek and convert new business opportunities while ensuring high-quality client work and portfolio management.
