Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced FP&A Finance Business Partner for a Manchester-based contract role with hybrid working. You will support financial planning, performance management and strategic decision-making.

The role requires a qualified or studying CIMA/ACCA/ACA professional with strong FP&A skills and stakeholder collaboration across finance and commercial teams. Insurance/financial services exposure is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Qualified: CIMA/ACCA/ACA or part-qualified / actively studying.
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is desirable.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
• Analyse actuals vs budget/forecast/prior periods.
• Deliver monthly management reporting and P&L analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance, underwriting, claims and commercial teams.
• Support strategic planning, scenario modelling and business case analysis.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities and cost optimisation initiatives.
