£32,000 - £36,000 (4 day week).

This secure organisation has been established for over 50 years and, due to strategic expansion, a number of opportunities have now arisen for Foundry Supervisor to join them at their manufacturing facility in Somerset. Reporting into the Foundry Manager, you will lead a small, friendly department in the melting and castings operations within the Foundry. My client is keen to speak to either of the following people :

A current Supervisor or Team Leader with a castings background.

A member of production with significant castings experience and now ready to take a step up.

Regardless of previous expertise, you will possess excellent organisational and time‑keeping skills, an eye for detail and be comfortable working in a fast‑moving industrial environment.
