Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Foundry Production Operatives in Exeter, England, for Howmet Aerospace, a global aerospace manufacturer. The role offers £16.28 per hour with guaranteed overtime and a path from temporary to permanent employment. Full training is provided and on-site parking is available.

Key Duties

• Pour and handle molten metal safely.
• Move and process heavy castings.
• Work in a high-temperature foundry environment.
• Wear specialist PPE, including fire‑resistant clothing.
• Follow strict health, safety, and quality procedures.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work as part of a skilled team producing world‑class aerospace components.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday rotating shifts:

6:00am – 1:30pm

1:00pm – 8:30pm

8:30pm – 6:00am (includes 3 hours guaranteed overtime each night)

Requirements
