The Job People Ltd in Brownhills is seeking a Production Operative to join our foundry team. This role involves heavy physical work, using a hammer and power tools, and targets-driven production.

Shifts are Friday to Sunday, 6am–7pm (36 hours per weekend), with overtime and attendance/production bonuses. The position offers a real opportunity for permanent employment.

Qualifications

Salary: GBP14.99 - GBP16.99 per hour + overtime and production bonus

Production Operative

Weekends - Friday, Saturday 6am to 7pm and Sunday 6am to 6:30pm - 36 hour per weekend (Extra shifts available)

£14.99 to £16.99 per hour plus a production bonus and attendance bonus
