Grainger & Worrall is hiring Foundry Operatives at Bridgnorth. No experience required; multiple entry points and full training available. Join a skilled team in a fast-paced foundry environment producing high-quality castings for cutting-edge industries.

No prior experience is required, just an interest in manufacturing and a willingness to learn. If you do have existing Foundry experience, you could be offered a position at a more senior level.
It would also be great if you have:
While not essential, it would be advantageous if you hold any of the following certifications or training: FLT (Forklift Truck), Overhead Crane, or First Aid. These can help you settle into the role more quickly and may reduce the level of training required.
