Job summary

ClaimSorted is hiring a Founding Strategy & Operations Analyst in London to help scale claims operations. You will turn data into actionable improvements, design processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives that accelerate growth and efficiency.

You'll own KPI development, analyze operational data, and partner with teams to land changes quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, data or analytics, or operations at a startup, tech firm or consultancy.
• Demonstrated experience working with data to provide insights, understand problems and deliver effective solutions.
• Demonstrated experience implementing solutions and running small projects or changes.
• Strong written and spoken communication, with a proven ability to work cross-functional
• A generalist mindset: comfortable picking up whatever problem matters most and moving quickly.
• Insurance or claims experience is a plus, but not required.

The Role

Handling claims at scale requires a strong operational foundation. As our Founding Strategy & Operations Analyst, you’ll help build the operational capability that lets ClaimSorted deliver market-leading claims handling while running efficiently as we grow. You’ll work with data to find problems, then take on the projects that fix them, increasing the speed and volume of operational change across the company. As part of this role you will:

We love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, office-based role in our London office. We’re a high-intensity team and often put in significant time and effort, because we believe great outcomes come from doing the work well.
