Job summary

ClaimSorted is hiring a Founding Strategy & Operations Lead to design the onboarding and partner integration framework, coordinating Sales, Claims, Product and Account Management across regions. You will own the end-to-end Partner journey from contract to live claims and ensure our technology stack supports scale from day one.

You will collaborate with Product to drive faster onboarding and system integrations, while maintaining a high-performance, high-impact operating rhythm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, implementation or consulting at a high-growth startup, tech firm or consultancy.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with external Partners or clients, owning the relationship.
• Experience leading system integrations or technology rollouts for external clients.

Responsibilities

• Build a clear onboarding process from Sales through setup to Account Management across regions and programs.
• Own onboarding coordination, clarifying roles and responsibilities across teams.
• Lead the setup and integration of FNOL, policy analysis and automation with our tech.
• Capture learnings from Partners and feed them back to Product to accelerate onboarding.
