Founding Solutions Engineer, AI SaaS (DACH)

Job summary

Synthesia, the world-leading AI video platform, is hiring Senior Solutions Engineers to build its presales function in DACH. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal.

You will be a trusted advisor focused on customer value, capturing field learnings for Product and helping shape the playbook as we scale across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong consultative discovery and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical depth in APIs, integrations, security or compliance.
• Fluent in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Translate technical requirements into business value and ROI.
• Excellent presentation skills, in person and remote.
• Self-motivated, organized; manage multiple POCs and demos.
• Collaborative mindset; work across AE, Product, CS and marketing.
• Curious about how customers use technology.
• Willing to travel to key customers.

Responsibilities

• Coplan and execute discovery calls to understand requirements, environment and challenges.
• Design and deliver compelling demos; quantify value and ROI of solutions.
• Overcome objections; identify blockers and develop solution paths.
• Support stakeholder workshops aligning Synthesia to buyer strategy.
• Partner with AEs to define account strategy and forecast opportunities.
• Design repeatable demo methodologies across use cases and deployments.
• Develop reusable demo assets and integration templates.
• Provide technical guidance on APIs, SDKs, security, and scalability.
