Job summary

Wexler in London is seeking a hands-on security leader to own the security program across infrastructure, product, and compliance. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure we are secure and demonstrably so to our customers.

You’ll embed secure-by-design practices, monitor for irregular behaviour, align with OWASP Top 10 and AWS Well-Architected, and lead risk assessments and policy documentation under ISO 27001 ISMS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing security tooling across environments.
• Experience navigating AWS security ecosystems and enterprise tools.
• Solid foundations in networking, systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience reviewing and improving product/infrastructure security and secure SDLC.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 and translating controls to policies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of existing security tooling and implement new ones, ensuring configuration, maintenance and scalability.
• Embed secure-by-design practices into the development lifecycle, including threat modelling and CI/CD hardening.
• Monitor systems for irregular behaviour and design detection and prevention mechanisms.
• Ensure infrastructure and applications align with OWASP Top 10 and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Conduct and lead risk assessments, including third-party/vendor reviews and internal evaluations.
• Document and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls as part of ISO 27001 ISMS.
• Partner with GTM and leadership to demonstrate security posture and maturity to customers.
