Job summary

Wexler, based in London, is seeking an entrepreneurial full-stack engineer to architect, build and scale agentic systems for document analysis powered by an advanced fact extraction engine.

As a Software Engineer, you will shape the technical architecture, work with the founders, and rapidly assume leadership responsibilities in a fast-growing startup with in-person collaboration at our London office.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping features and architectures in fast-paced startups.
• Strong backend with Node.js/TypeScript and Python for AI-enabled systems.
• Experience designing scalable, production-grade services and APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build and scale full-stack applications powering agentic document analysis.
• Develop customer-facing features, internal tooling and DevOps infrastructure.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLM capabilities.
• Build robust backend systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Create intuitive UIs for legal professionals to interact with AI tools.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and iterate solutions.
