Job summary

Nexa is hiring an AI Product/Full Stack Engineer to take problems from idea to prototype to production in a remote-first, UK-based environment. You’ll collaborate with tech and product leadership, own what gets built, and help shape how an AI-native team operates.

You’ll work across product thinking, UX, frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure, using AI tools to move quickly from concept to working product. This role emphasizes autonomy, ownership and shipping customer-valued features.

Qualifications

• Experience taking products or features from idea to production.
• AI tools embedded into development workflows.
• Strong product judgment with customer and commercial outcomes.
• Ability to work across product, UX and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Take customer and business problems from idea through to production.
• Build and ship customer-facing features across the product.
• Rapidly prototype solutions before full implementation.
• Collaborate across product thinking, UX, frontend, backend and cloud.
• Use AI coding agents and copilots throughout discovery to delivery.
• Ensure code quality, security and maintainability, including AI-generated code.
• Contribute to architecture, AWS services and delivery pipelines.
