Job summary

Nexa is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to own Product and Technology, partnering with the Founder and CEO to shape the technical direction and build an AI-first organisation capable of scaling internationally.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive architectural decisions, and ensure platform readiness for AI-enabled products while maintaining strong ties with founders, investors and the Board.

Qualifications

• Experience as CTO/VP Eng or equivalent senior technology executive with broad ownership.
• Proven SaaS, enterprise software or data platform scaling experience.
• Leadership across Product and Engineering functions.

Responsibilities

• Own technology direction, architecture and investment priorities.
• Lead product vision, roadmap and delivery strategy.
• Evolve data platform into AI-native ecosystem with scalable infrastructure.
• Build AI-enabled products and intelligent workflows.
• Lead and develop AI-enabled engineering teams and practices.
• Balance rapid innovation with sustainability and customer needs.
• Represent technology in Board discussions and investor conversations.
