Job summary

Nexcade in London is building the AI platform for freight forwarding. As a founding sales leader you will partner with our CEO to win deals now and to lay the process, tooling and playbooks that make the next deals predictable.

You will own the sales process end‑to‑end, craft a go‑to‑market plan, and build a multi‑channel demand engine with AI to scale. Equity is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Drive Full‑Cycle Sales: manage outreach through contract signature and own the numbers.
• Build the Pipeline Machine with multi‑channel demand generation and AI tools.
• Own the product story and demos; tailor messaging for different buyer personas.
• Navigate complex sales with IT and executive buyers and handle integration talks.
• Establish sales foundations: CRM stack, playbooks, collateral and战 cards.
