Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking a Founding Registered Children's Home Manager for a brand-new specialist residential service in Bicester, Oxfordshire. You will lead the Ofsted registration and open the home, shaping its culture and ensuring the highest standards of care for children and young people.

The role offers autonomy to build a team, drive quality outcomes, and develop the service from the ground up with support from sector experts and a clear progression path within the growing

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
• Experience in children's residential care.
• Understanding Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements.

Lead the Launch of a Brand-New Specialist Children's Home

Delphi Care Solutions is proud to be partnering with a growing children's care provider to recruit a Founding Registered Children's Home Manager for a brand-new specialist residential service in Bicester.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will take ownership of the home's journey from registration through to successful operation.

You will work closely with the Responsible Individual and sector experts to ensure the home achieves the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance and outcomes for children and young people.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager seeking a fresh challenge or a strong Deputy Manager ready for their first registration.

About You

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
• Experience within children's residential care
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
• Experience supporting children with autism, learning disabilities or complex needs
• Excellent leadership and team development skills
• Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
• Previous Registered Manager experience
• Experience opening or registering a new children's home
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
• Experience working within specialist SEN or learning disability services
