Job summary

ClaimSorted, London-based, is seeking a Founding Product to own our internal AI systems and tools used by claims teams. You will define the roadmap, translate needs into actionable requirements, and ensure features ship and are adopted.

You’ll work between engineering and non-technical teams, track usage, gather feedback, and adjust priorities so automation lands as intended. This is an office-based, full-time role in London.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI/agentic systems.
• Ability to translate technical capability into plain language for non-technical audiences.
• Structured and process-minded with roadmap prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal product roadmap for AI systems and tools used by claims teams.
• Bridge between engineering and claims handlers, translating needs into actionable requirements and back into usable features.
• Make impact measurable by tracking usage, gathering feedback, and flagging when a feature isn’t landing as expected.
