This broad role offers influence across commercial and technical decisions, with the freedom to build processes from the ground up and to own challenges across teams as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in a startup, scale-up or growing business delivering tangible results.
• Background in operations, business management or programme delivery.
• Ability to work across commercial and technical teams.
• Strong judgement and commercial awareness; able to make decisions.
• Practical, adaptable approach in evolving processes.
