OHO Group is seeking a commercially minded Operations Manager to join our early-stage hardware company in Sheffield. You’ll work closely with the founders to translate priorities into action plans and build scalable processes to support rapid growth.

You will lead cross-functional projects across engineering, commercial and operations, manage deadlines and budgets, and drive efficiency. A hands-on, proactive leader with a degree and a passion for technology will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in operations, business operations or project management.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up or fast-paced business environment.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a track record of delivering results.
• Degree-level education and an interest in technology-driven businesses.
