Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in operations, business operations or project management.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up or fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial acumen with ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive hands-on approach with track record of delivering results.
• Degree-level education; interest in technology-driven businesses.
• Experience in hardware, engineering or advanced manufacturing advantageous.
