TechTree is hiring its first commercial hire in London, working directly with the founders to build the GTM motion from zero. You will sell hands-on to brokers, define target lists, pitches, pricing, and the sales cycle.

You will own the plan and then hire the team that runs it. The focus is on enterprise deals with top brokers in the City of London, with five days in the office and client work on site. The commission plan is tailored to the person who takes the role.

Qualificações

• Sold enterprise deals yourself, not just managed sellers.
• Build a GTM function from zero.
• Own and define the sales process from target lists to pricing.
