Job summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics seeks a leader to build, lead, and scale our Cybersecurity Advisory practice across Europe. You will own the strategy, go-to-market, and P&L, strengthening client security postures in payments, fintech, and merchant ecosystems while guiding cross-functional teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity experience with consulting leadership or senior management.
• Proven track record building/scaling a cybersecurity practice with P&L ownership.
• Experience leading complex cybersecurity programs for clients.
• Experience engaging C-level stakeholders in technology and risk.
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Europe Cybersecurity Consulting.
• Own the P&L, revenue, margin, and capacity planning for the practice.
• Mentor teams, establish governance, KPIs, and scalable offerings.
• Collaborate with Visa units and other practices to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop external thought leadership and mature client relationships at C-suite level.
